The threat of cold, rainy weather did not keep loyal PAWS4EVER patrons and their 4-legged children away. The 10th Anniversary Celebration Walk/Trail Run for Animal Protection was a HUGE success! Volunteers worked hard to create a 2-mile walking/running trail through the beautiful woods on the property. Afterwards, the family-friendly festival included food trucks, carnival games, raffle drawings, vendors and live music by local musician Bill West.

Located on 50 acres, this guaranteed adoption center is a placement partner for animals transferred from county shelters, including Orange, Chatham & Caswell, where the # of adoptable pets outpaces the space to house them. A Learning Center provides an affordable array of dog training. Legacy Care, the only one in Southeastern US, seeks to find caring homes for pet owners seeking care for their animals when they are no longer able to provide it due to terminal illness or death.
